Max’s Landing in Miami and Hudson Village in Hollywood – two of Housing Trust Group’s newest affordable housing communities – have earned prestigious industry awards for design.
Multi-Housing News, one of the industry’s leading trade publications, honored Max’s Landing with a 2022 Excellence Awards for Design & Development (Affordable category) in December 2022. Completed in 2021, Max’s Landing is a 76-unit, garden-style affordable housing apartment community located in the West Kendall section of Miami-Dade County. Apartments are reserved for residents earning between 30 to 80 percent of local area median income (AMI).

NAHB’s Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Awards, a highly esteemed national awards program highlighting creative development and design in the apartment industry, named Hudson Village a finalist for the Best Affordable Apartment category.
Completed in 2022, Hudson Village is the first new affordable “high-rise” residential development in the City of Hollywood, Florida in more than two decades. It offers 96 affordable apartments reserved for residents earning 30, 60 or 70 percent of local area median income (AMI). Hudson’s contemporary architecture and luxurious finishes defy expectations and create a welcoming landmark on the edge of the City’s CBD. The development is part of an overall vision by the City of Hollywood to create a more pedestrian-friendly downtown and increase the supply of high-quality attainably priced housing in areas close to commercial activity and new public transportation networks. A winner will be announced in February.
