Twin Lakes I is the first phase of possibly 3 phases to be built on a 16.8-acre parcel owned by the Housing Authority of the City of Lakeland, Florida (PHA). After an RFQ process, Housing Trust Group, LLC (“HTG”) and the PHA executed a Master Development Agreement (“MDA”) to redevelop the Parcel.
The first phase of Twin Lakes Estates, is a 100-unit new construction affordable elderly development. The unit mix will consist of fifty (50) 1 bed/1 bath units, and fifty (50) 2 bed/2 bath units.
