Villa Jordana, a new $64 million affordable senior community will have 96 units, providing much-needed rental housing to residents age 62 and older. Villa Jordana marks HTG’s third affordable housing community developed in partnership with the City of Hollywood.
Community amenities will include a community room, resort style swimming pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, and barbecue patio deck. Residents will also have access to daily activities, resident assurance check-in programs, and assistance with light housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping.
Villa Jordana will serve low-income seniors earning between 33% and 60% of the area median income (AMI).
