Villa Jordana, a new $64 million affordable senior community will have 96 units, providing much-needed rental housing to residents age 62 and older. Villa Jordana marks HTG’s third affordable housing community developed in partnership with the City of Hollywood. This development is in partnership with AM Affordable Housing.
Community amenities will include a community room, resort style swimming pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, and barbecue patio deck. Residents will also have access to daily activities, resident assurance check-in programs, and assistance with light housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping.
Villa Jordana will serve low-income seniors earning between 33% and 60% of the area median income (AMI).
